Job summary

Legends Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for an Operations Technician to clean, maintain, and prepare venues for events. You will handle table/seat setups, inventory care, and assist with preventative maintenance of equipment.

You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and lift up to 40 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with custodial experience helpful.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• 6 months' housekeeping/custodial experience preferred.
• Familiar with basic cleaning products and practices.
• Driver's license maintained or willingness to obtain for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Set/strike tables, chairs, staging, and other event inventory.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces; empty trash.
• Maintenance of facilities areas and equipment; follow work orders.
• Maintain inventory logs and storage areas; report damages.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and maintenance of cleaning machinery.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
