This on-call role involves transporting vehicles between dealership locations, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate paperwork including condition reports and mileage logs. The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license with a clean record, is at least 19 years old, and can work independently with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 19 years of age.
• Prior driving/vehicle transport experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport vehicles between dealerships for trades, purchases, or exchanges.
• Inspect vehicles before and after transport; document damage or discrepancies.
• Complete condition reports, mileage logs, and trade documentation.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with dealership staff for timely pickups/deliveries.
• Provide professional, courteous service during interactions with staff and customers.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and report maintenance needs.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Maintain timely communication with management and dispatch about status.
