Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring Parking Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time roles at a luxury hotel in Boston. Shifts include Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM for FT, plus weekend options for PT.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of driver’s license and valid license, with a willingness to drive manual transmission.
• Prior valet experience preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to carry items up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them on exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide self-park instructions to guests.
• Inspect each vehicle before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and professional demeanor.
• Be active outdoors, standing/walking for long periods and assist with light tasks.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management.

• Weekends 700AM - 300PM
• Weekends 300PM - 1100PM
• Weekends 900AM - 500PM

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for*

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
