Job summary

Moraine Valley Community College seeks FPAC On-Call Staff (Technical Crew) to provide lighting, scenic, sound, and some video support for events in the Fine and Performing Arts Center. This is an ongoing on-call position with hours varying weekly; evening and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities include support for Academic Music, Academic Theatre, the Performing Arts Series, and internal/external rental events.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Experience using Outlook email and internet navigation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to work in teams.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; adapt to a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide lighting, scenic, sound, and some video support for events.
• Assist with rental events and campus productions within FPAC.
