Hoplite Solutions LLC seeks a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support application infrastructure across enterprise networks for the UUE project. You will design, implement, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot systems that support mission and business applications, while ensuring environments remain reliable and compliant.

You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, contribute to documentation, and assist in technology evaluations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles.
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix, Git, and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.

Responsabilidades

• System Design & Implementation: Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for high availability.
• Security & Redundancy: Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
• Technology Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies for upgrades or new implementations.
