• Instruct students on a variety of classroom topics per the teacher's plan.
• Follow lesson plans and assign appropriate tasks and homework.
• Model correct use of spoken and written English and maintain professional conduct.
• For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans, create and grade assessments, and participate in parent conferences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain classroom control to foster a safe, positive environment.
• Ensure adequate supervision of students and classroom area to ensure safety.
• Take precautions to protect equipment and school property and monitor students at all times.
