Job summary

Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH is seeking a Health Center Driver/Medical Chaperone for flexible, on-call shifts. You will transport students to off-campus medical visits, provide companionship, and assist with administrative tasks related to medical appointments.

Responsibilities

• Carry and respond to cell phone.
• Drive students to and from off-campus medical facilities (using Academy provided vehicles).
• Keep track of related paperwork.
• Inform Health Services staff of student’s status.
• Return student to Health Center along with instructions for follow-up care.
• Maintain documentation of medical visits (location, time, etc.).
• Pick up and drop off medications as requested.
• May be asked to drive for other departments as needed
