Exeter Center in Exeter, NH, is seeking a full-time Driver to transport patients, families, and staff to appointments and activities at pre-determined destinations. The role shifts Monday through Friday, with eligibility for medical benefits or a 25% enhanced compensation on base pay.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, assisting passengers, logging routes, monitoring fuel, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the nursing center vehicle in a safe manner when transporting patients, families and employees insuring that all passengers follow safety procedures.
• Assist patients, their families and employees when boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
• Maintain route and mileage logs.
• Monitor and replenish vehicles fuel and other fluids.
• Report any vehicle problems or maintenance needs to the Nursing Home Administrator.
• Interact in a positive manner with patients and families.
