Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in WA with a PharmD or equivalent.
• Specialty/clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensure and certifications in scope of practice are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand clinical programs and services in HealthPoint Specialty Pharmacy.
• Provide drug therapy information, dosing, and safety guidance to patients.
• Educate patients in multiple languages about safe medication use.
• Conduct patient visits, review polypharmacy, and adjust therapy as needed.
• Document visits and medication records; ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to improve workflow and patient outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD

WA Pharmacy license in good standing

BCPS or BCACP certification (asset)
