Flik Hospitality Group is hiring an on-call Sous Chef at the IBM Learning Center, 20 Old Post Road, Armonk, NY 10504. The schedule is on call with days and hours varying by business needs; prior cooking experience is required. This role includes free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

Internal employee referral bonuses are available. The position supports the Executive Chef, coordinates kitchen activities, and ensures smooth operations in the absence of the Executive

Qualificações

• Previous cooking experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, training and performance reviews as appropriate.
• Stores food in designated areas according to safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures.
