BrightView is seeking a Snow Tech to handle snow removal, with shifts ranging from 6 to 12 hours and often overnight during storms. The season begins with the first snowfall, and compensation ranges from $24 to $28 per hour based on experience and certifications.

This on-site role requires teamwork and safety focus. Responsibilities include operating snow equipment and coordinating with sidewalk crew leaders to complete assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work under pressure while following safety guidelines.
• Must own a smartphone to use attendance tracker app.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Must attend and pass training and a background check.
• Must be able to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels and e-pokes.
• Work with sidewalk-crew leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
