Masonic Homes of California in Covina, CA, is seeking a Skilled Nursing Licensed Vocational Nurse on a part-time, on-call basis. The LVN will plan, organize, and provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and documentation, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, CA LVN licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently licensed as LVN to practice in the State of California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate direct nursing care for residents.
• Prepare, deliver, and document medications and treatments.
• Document changes of condition, assessments, and other required records thoroughly.
• Notify physician and responsible party of changes with proper documentation.
• Follow facility policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings as assigned.
