Job summary

The Registered Nurse at Masonic Homes of California is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating direct nursing care within scope of practice. Coordinates care to meet Residents' and Patients' needs in accordance with physician orders and state/federal long-term care laws.

This role requires at least six months of acute care or SNF experience, an active California RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months clinical experience in acute care or SNF as a Registered Nurse.
• Active California RN license to practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and document medications/treatments for Residents and Patients.
• Conduct MDS and initial assessments.
• Supervise and delegate nursing staff as needed.
