Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Dispatcher to ensure timely shuttle dispatches between our facilities and the airport. You will greet guests professionally, maintain shuttle coverage, and help meet service targets while keeping the workspace organized.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and prior dispatch or customer service experience. Training and development opportunities accompany competitive compensation and benefit options.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and maintain coverage at the facility and airport.
• Meet targets through proper shuttle movement and coordination.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and communicate with team.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Provide guests with accurate information about the facility and terminals.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
