Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Dispatcher for our Austin-area location. You will greet guests, dispatch shuttles, and ensure safe, timely service between our parking facility and the airport. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and reliable operations.

We offer $13 per hour with regular bonus opportunities, plus an employee ownership program and benefits for eligible staff. Training and professional development are available in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Clear verbal English communication for safety purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and ensure coverage between facility and airport.
• Meet service targets through efficient shuttle movement.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality service.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Provide guests with accurate information about the parking facility and terminals.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
