Job summary

Join our team in Olympia, WA! This on-call position involves supervising program activities for a Miro Home Village providing services to adults experiencing homelessness. You'll monitor site safety and provide essential support to guests, helping them navigate social services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. A high school diploma or GED and passing background checks are required. Benefits include a comprehensive package with health, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use a computer proficiently for documentation, data entry, etc.
• Successful background checks prior to employment.
• Ability to provide a negative TB test.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor traffic at the front gate of the Mitigation Site.
• Respond to disruptive behavior including arguments and fights.
• Provide behavioral management for diverse populations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site and surroundings.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and outside agencies.
