Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk, answer calls, and monitor client access to buildings.
• Enforce program policies with residents, clients, and visitors.
• Conduct safety and perimeter checks of entrances and grounds.
• Maintain facility upkeep including linens for the shelter.
• Log residents, clients, and visitors; track nightly bed lists.
• Coordinate transportation needs for residents and staff.
• Provide resident services information and assist with wakeups and chores.
• Support volunteer staff and interns; fill in as needed.
