Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service technician experience in multifamily property management.
• General maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and related trades.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify issues and complete repairs.

Responsabilités

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vacant units and community systems.
• Provide daily pool care and maintain safety and chemical balance.
• Support inventory management and on-call duties as needed.
