Whaley Foodservice, LLC is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC at customer sites. The role requires communicating progress to customers and the branch, coordinating parts orders, and completing service calls promptly.

Candidates should maintain the service vehicle and tools per Whaley's safety standards and be willing to participate in an on-call rotation.

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
1 year of applicable experience in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Mansioni

Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
Communicates repair status updates with customer and branch office.
Communicate parts orders with branch.
Completes service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with Whaley standards and safety first.
Meet on-call requirements.
