Oakmont of Riverpark, part of Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Server to provide friendly, efficient dining service to residents, families, and guests. The role involves taking orders, serving with courtesy, and helping maintain a welcoming dining environment on an on-call basis.

The position requires at least 16 years old with a work permit, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong customer service skills. Training is provided where needed to support resident care and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and empathy for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down (bus) tables.
• Maintain safety and sanitation practices and follow dining etiquette.
