Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Security team member to support safety operations. Be the backbone of hope and healing by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring facilities, and responding to incidents to protect clients and staff.

On-call shifts 6:30am-3pm or 3-11:30pm, Monday-Friday, with duties including patrols, escorting staff, perimeter checks, and reporting emergencies to local authorities.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in safety or security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building and parking lots by vehicle creating a known presence so the public sees our properties are being monitored
• Offers to provide an escorted ride from door to vehicle by staff request
• Completes checks of building perimeter by organization vehicle
• Notifies police, fire department, or other appropriate authorities of any matters needing immediate attention
