Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Security team member to help ensure the safety of our facilities and community. On-Call Shifts run 6:30am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on visible presence and prompt response.

Essential duties of Security:

On-Call Shifts: Hours 6:30am - 3pm or 3 - 11:30pm Monday-Friday

• Monitor building and parking lots by vehicle creating a known presence so the public sees our properties are being monitored
• Offers to provide an escorted ride from door to vehicle by staff request
• Completes checks of building perimeter by organization vehicle
• Notifies police, fire department, or other appropriate authorities of any matters needing immediate attention

Target Compensation (Negotiable based on qualifications):

$20/per hour
