Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routine security & safety patrol of property and structures to deter incidents.
• Verify and track access credentials for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure all exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor CCTV to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to alarms and investigations, provide assistance as needed.
• Report suspicious activity to authorities and document incidents daily.
