Job summary

Qualifications

• Acquire and maintain Texas DPS Level II & III license.

• Operate a computer and security devices.

Responsibilities

• Protect property and lives.
• Monitor entrance/egress of property.
• Identify visitors and verify documentation.
• Guard against theft and maintain security.
• Respond to alarms and distress calls.
• Complete daily and incident reports with observations.
• Prevent access of prohibited vehicles to restricted areas.
• Prevent access to unauthorized persons.
• Inspect and adjust security systems and equipment.
• Regulate and monitor building systems.
• Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are in place.
• Complete required security logs.
• Communicate effectively with client management and staff.
