Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Texas Level II Security License.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid, not expired, Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to use a smartphone or iPad.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees.
• Remain calm, solve problems, and act in critical situations.
• Conduct regular walking patrols and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for security.
• Maintain logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Enforce security procedures per post instructions.
• Lock/unlock doors, operate security systems, and monitor surveillance.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol.
