Job summary

Compass Group, through SSC Services for Education, is hiring on-call janitors for Denton ISD locations. The roles involve cleaning and maintaining facilities with a fixed pay rate and opportunities for training and growth.

No prior experience is required, and interview details will be shared during the process. Shifts run Monday through Friday with 4–8 hours per day, between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Willing to train.
• On-call schedule and shifts available within district

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly across assigned sites.
• Performs heavy cleaning tasks (floors, walls, windows, rugs) as needed.
• Assists with moving equipment and placing furniture.
• Cleans areas with appropriate materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Follows approved infection control and cleaning procedures.
• Completes tasks with supervision guidance and within guidelines.
