Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time JANITOR LEAD position. Location: Guyer High School - 7501 Teasley Lane, Denton, TX 76210. Openings at other locations within the school district are available. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; days may vary. Details provided during interview. May include both full and part time with flexibility to meet scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to custodial training and supervision as assigned.
• Train custodial associates on cleaning methods, safety, compliance, and company policies; conduct classroom and hands-on training.
• Conduct one-on-one training as needed; update training materials and provide information on use of janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical safety.
• Maintain trainee records, provide feedback during orientation, and support disciplinary recommendations as appropriate.
• Coordinate with the training coordinator and participate in safety and compliance reviews (OSHA, Risk Management, and other requirements).
• Conduct site walk-throughs and assist with other duties as assigned.
