Job summary

Compass Group USA, SSC Services for Education, is hiring immediately for a full-time JANITOR LEAD at Guyer High School in Denton, TX. Schedule is 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with days varying; openings at other school district locations may exist. Prior janitorial and supervisory experience is required, with a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial and supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
• Updates and provides training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Copies training material and revises material as needed; conducts administrative tasks as requested.
• Provides feedback on new associates during orientation period; reviews trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
