It is a part-time, on-call, non-exempt position with an hourly wage of $17.32 to $23.38 based on experience. The ideal candidate has custodial experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment safely while complying with safety

Qualifications

• Custodian experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all assigned tasks per daily schedule are completed with quality and in an efficient manner.
• Washes walls; vacuums carpets; clean and polish windows.
• Dusts surfaces; light painting and drywall fixes; light maintenance incl. furniture and unclogging toilets/sinks.
• Sweeps, mops, waxes floors; safely operates custodial equipment and uses cleaning/disinfecting chemicals as directed.
• Cleans bathrooms and polishes metal surfaces; ensures paper products dispensers are stocked.
