Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Troy, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse On-Call to support our 24/7 care model. You will provide skilled care during evenings, nights, and weekends, respond to urgent needs, and complete admissions with compassionate guidance for families.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in acute care and an active RN license in Michigan, with CPR certification. Flexible 7 days on/7 days off schedule aims to balance impact and life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN/BSN/MSN).
• 1+ year of recent acute care experience; hospice/home care preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice and CPR certification.
• Respond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans as needs evolve.
• Administer medications and document care and outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse On-Call, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 care model, providing timely, skilled, and compassionate care during evenings, nights, and weekends. QualificationsRegistered Nurse On-Call Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
