Job summary

Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Part Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Marlborough, MA. You will respond to patient needs across urgent to routine care, perform compassionate assessments, and maintain precise documentation in home visits and agency systems.

Family support and coordination of care are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical-surgical/acute care setting; hospice experience a plus.
• Computer proficiency including EMR background.

Overview

Brookhaven Hospice is currently seeking a Part Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8 am - 8 pm

Territory: Marlborough

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$85,000 - $97,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
