Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to support hospice patients and families during critical moments. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this role, with comprehensive benefits and a patient-centered care approach.

The On-Call RN will identify patient and family needs, coordinate care, and provide preventative and compassionate support in patients' homes and our agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care.
• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice exp is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills with EMR background.
• CPR certification if required by state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$85,000 - $97,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
