Job summary

Brookhaven Hospice is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional hospice care to patients and families. The role emphasizes responsive assessment, compassionate support, accurate documentation, and family guidance in home settings.

The position requires an RN license, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), and at least 1 year of medical-surgical/acute care experience; hospice experience is a plus. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• RN in good standing with license.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting; hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$85,000 - $97,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
