Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7 on/7 off rotation. The position includes making home visits and delivering compassionate hospice care.

Offered is a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. Requirements include an active Louisiana RN license, CPR certification, and EMR experience; home health or hospice background is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Louisiana.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of EMR is required.
• Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
• Compassionate RN with strong time-management skills.
• Mileage reimbursement depending on travel.

Responsibilities

• Make patient visits at their place of residence.
• Provide on-call hospice nursing care on a 7 on/7 off rotation.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families.
• Participate in care planning and coordination with the team.
