St. Joseph Hospice is seeking a Full-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) in Thibodaux, LA. The role involves visiting patients at home, joining a 7-on/7-off on-call rotation, and ensuring high-quality hospice care with EMR documentation.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, company ESOP ownership, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in Louisiana.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in home health or hospice is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make patient visits at their place of residence.
• Participate in on-call rotation (7 days on / 7 days off) from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am.
• Provide compassionate nursing care and coordinate with care teams.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Louisiana
• Current CPR certification
• Make patient visits at their place of residence
• 7 days on 7 days off call rotation 4:30 pm-8 am.
• Knowledge of EMR is required
• Previous Home Health or Hospice experience needed
