Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL. This full-time skilled nursing role leads nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care and coordinates care across shifts, ensuring compliance with safety and care standards.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (BSN preferred), current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications; 3+ years of RN supervisory experience in a hospital or SNF and geriatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current State RN licensure in practicing state.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in hospital or SNF with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• Current CPR and AED certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Food handler certification where required.
• Courteous, professional manner with strong problem-solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist nursing staff to provide quality resident care.
• Perform assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, evaluation of treatments.
• Oversee RN, LPN, and CNA staff across evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
