Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State Licensure as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility with supervisory experience.
• CPR and AED certifications required.
• First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff across evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Monitor and assist the nursing staff to provide superior resident care.
• Oversee assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation of treatments and quality assurance activities.
