The position offers a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, with a base salary of $40,000 plus hourly compensation ranging from $44 to $47, along with numerous benefits including PTO and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Home Health / Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Effective verbal & written communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• On-call responsibilities to address all patient needs.
• Coordinate care delivery, manage resources, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
