Job summary

MHM Support Services seeks a Registered Nurse-On Call (EXEMPT) for Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO. This full-time OR-focused role features a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule with 24-hour shifts and on-call coverage.

The position offers up to $20,000 sign-on, ASN to BSN bridging up to $16,000, and BSN to MSN bridging up to $16,000, with no contract required. 30-minute response time is required for on-call cases.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current Missouri license and ability to practice in the operating room setting.
• Demonstrated on-call capability with prompt response times.
• BLS certification required; AORN certification preferred for specialty care.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for surgical cases with 30-minute response time requirement.
• Perform end-of-shift relief and in-house coverage as needed during 24-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with OR team to ensure patient safety and timely care.
