Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks an experienced Registered Nurse on call to provide nationwide operating room support across departments. The role features a unique 7-on/7-off schedule with 24-hour on-call shifts and 30-minute response times, ensuring timely, safe patient care beyond standard hours.

Qualified candidates possess a Missouri RN license, BLS, two years RN experience in acute or perioperative settings, and are available for on-call duties.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of RN experience in acute, outpatient, procedural, or specialty care.
• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current Missouri RN license; compact licensure where applicable required.
• BLS certification; AORN preferred; ACLS as required.
• Must be available outside business hours and respond within 30 minutes.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds; standing and walking required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-call RN support outside regular hours across departments.
• Assess needs, coordinate care, and support safe, timely patient outcomes.
• Respond to on-call notifications within 30 minutes and provide end-of-shift relief as needed.
• Support Operating Room Complex coverage and case flow during extended hours.
