Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in adult ICU, Pediatrics and Med/Surg.
• Graduate of an approved 2-year Respiratory Care program accredited by RCAB/CoARC.
• California RCP license, BLS, and RRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates respiratory therapy care in ICU and other units.
• Performs blood gas draws and analyzes results.
• Provides ventilatory support and manages patient care with the critical care team.
• On-call position with variable days and hours.
