Evergreen Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Germantown Place/Station Lofts in Nashville, TN. You will coordinate tasks to prepare vacant units, assist with special projects, and maintain the property condition, including exteriors, common areas, and grounds.

Responsibilities include painting, light drywall repair, appliance installation assistance, and coordinating with vendors. Requires reliable transportation and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of prior maintenance experience or related work.
• Reliable transportation to carry out duties safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical.
• Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and solicit feedback.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tasks and supplies to prepare vacant units for re-occupancy.
• Assist maintenance team with special projects and routine repairs.
• Maintain overall property condition including exteriors, common areas, and vacant units.
• Perform paint, caulking, light drywall repairs, and minor repairs as needed.
• Operate power tools and assist with electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Participate in 5-week on-call rotation and respond to after-hours requests.
