MRK’s Reliance Crossing community in Souderton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle repairs, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance across a 56-unit property. The role emphasizes timely work order completion and quality upkeep of grounds and buildings.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance or construction experience.
• 1 year as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
• OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and comprehend English.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electric and machinery repair.
• Ability to follow direction and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• Restores vacated apartments to move-in condition for new residents.
• Responds to on-call emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays-resolving issues.
• Patrols property daily to identify areas in need of cleaning and completes required work-remove trash/debris.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; cleans and prepares spaces for residents.
