Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with supportive housing or residential shelters in Los Angeles.
• Knowledge of women's homelessness and related health issues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Residence site.
• Collaborate on programming for a safe community.
• Support wellness activities with residents and volunteers.
• Conduct building rounds and enforce safety policies.
• Provide direct service including life-skills coaching.
