Job summary

Edmonds School District is seeking substitutes for Principal/Assistant Principal roles to be placed in an applicant pool for the 26/27 school year. Positions are on-call and assigned to various school sites as needed.

Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree and WA Elementary Principal Credential (or ability to obtain). Prior administrative or teaching experience and familiarity with TPEP are expected. Competitive on-call rates apply.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• WA elementary principal credential or ability to obtain before start date.
• Previous school administration and/or teaching experience.
• Knowledge of Teacher/Principal Evaluation Program (TPEP).

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and promote high expectations for students and staff.
• Assess and continuously improve the learning program, curriculum, and school climate.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned staff and support professional growth.
• Manage building budget and resources following district guidelines and procedures.
