Job summary

The position requires an active PMHNP license, ORS-compliant credentials, and the ability to work on-call shifts on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial health assessments and clinical procedures.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic behavioral health conditions and prescribe medications.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and coordinate with primary care and behavioral health teams.
• Document clinical actions and manage electronic health records per policy.
