Job summary

You will evaluate residents, design care plans, provide treatments, and participate in clinical program development. The role includes supervising staff and coordinating with the care team.

Florida licensure is required, with one year in long-term care preferred. Schedule is On-Call, as needed, supporting our mission-driven community along the Manatee River.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in long-term care settings is desirable.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat physical conditions to restore function and mobility.
• Perform assessments and screens to determine therapy needs.
• Maintain timely documentation and update the system.
• Conduct Resident Home Assessments during discharge.
• Screen residents at admission and during annual reviews.
