The role requires TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for SCI, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while coordinating with government personnel and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience using government databases (DISS, SMS, CROSS) or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and professional interaction with visitors.
• Ability to multi-task with visitors, computer tasks, and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage government-furnished visitor databases and related records.
• Develop and enforce access control policies and procedures.
• Educate others on access control protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate logs of access control activities and inventory of badges.
• Verify clearances and compare inquiries to databases.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, other companies, and government personnel.
• Monitor personnel for compliance within a SCIF and ensure security posture.
• Handle badges issuance, updates, and inventory accountability.
• Monitor and safeguard security classified mail and restricted areas.
