The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent computer and MS Office capabilities, and experience with DISS, SMS, or CROSS.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with government databases and MS Office.
• TS/SCI clearance required or eligible for TS.

Responsibilities

• Manage government-furnished visitor databases (SMS, DISS/CROSS) and visit records.
• Develop and enforce access control policies.
• Educate others on access control protocols.
• Maintain logs, meeting lists, equipment sign-outs.
• Verify clearances against databases.
• Communicate with colleagues, other companies and government personnel.
• Monitor personnel for compliance within a SCIF.
• Issue, receive, update and inventory badges.
• Monitor OPSEC/INFOSEC and security posture.
• Support physical security for restricted areas.
• Track and file property entering Restricted Areas.
• Handle secure mail and related duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
