This temporary, on-call position requires a BS Pharmacy or Pharm D, and licensed pharmacists or those eligible in Kentucky are encouraged to apply. Experience in hospital or pediatric pharmacy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist or License Eligible in Kentucky.
• Hospital Experience preferred. Pediatric Pharmacy Experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Review and perfect medication orders.
• Participate in medication reconciliation process.
